How Our Nutrition Coaching Works

Initial Consultation

During our free initial consultation we will go over your goals, activity level, lifestyle and general habits, as well as dieting history on a video call. If you decide to sign up, we will dive deeper into the services, begin the onboarding process and answer any questions you might have!

Kick Off Call

During the Kick-Off Call is where the fun truly begins! We will go over your calories and macros, helping you understand the benefit and importance of each one. We will also dive deep into your values, what success looks like for you, and establish clear initial actions for you to take towards your goals.

Implement Plan

After we establish clear actions, you get the chance to implement your program and all you have learned! Depending on the action, you will also receive PDFs, readings, journals or worksheets to help guide you towards your goals.

On Going Check-ins & Text Support

Follow up check-ins (either weekly or bi-weekly) are 30 minute video calls. In our check in calls, we will discuss your progress on the current action or habit, any changes to your goals, and questions, resistance or concerns you may have about nutrition or your program. We will also share any helpful resources and reestablish an action for the week to help you move towards your goals. We have unlimited text support during business hours if you have any questions between calls.

Initial Consultation

During our complimentary consultation, we'll discuss, your fitness goals, current activity level, lifestyle factors and exercise history. If you choose to proceed with our services, we'll provide an in-depth overview of the service, guide you through the onboarding process, identify any specific areas of focus, answer any questions you may have, and develop a tailored training program just for you!

Program sent Via Training App

Once your personalized program has been written, it will be delivered to you via a mobile training app. If you have any questions or need modifications, simply let us know so we can make the proper adjustments.

Get Lifting

Get started on your program! Strength train from the comfort of your home or the gym of your choosing and when it works best for your schedule. Simply log your workouts in the app, take videos of the sets you want reviewed and you’re done!
